Facebook fundraisers are easy ways to raise funds for Grace Animal Rehab. Center Inc.. GARC was founded under the pressing needs of rehoming stray cats and dogs. Cindy Yee Kong, founder and author of The Eyes of the Lion grew up in an abusive, alcoholic family while dealing with a debilitating disease, she experienced first-hand what it is like to be abused and neglected. That is why she felt the strong urgency to do something about these abused, homeless animals that had been ignored and pushed aside.
Our goal in 2019 is to raise $50,000 to secure a new building that will allow us to increase the number of animals we rescue, and build a stronger advocacy group.
